Eoforhild was an ancient Arrene chieftain in the 5th century BCE. His tribe was believed to have lived somewhere in Denfeldshire. Eoforhild was the first Arrene chieftain on record to have used the title cyning, a title which came to mean "king," after subduing several weaker tribes.
