Paramount Leader of Baur

Officially the Paramount Leader of the People's Republic of Baur, is the highest ranking official within The People's Republic of Baur. The Chairman of the Baur Republican Party is the office-holder by order of the Constitution. The Paramount Leader likewise serves as the First State Councilor, the titular head of state of Baur, and is the President of the Republic Military Commission, in which capacity the Paramount Leader serves as Commander-in-Chief of the Baur Republic Forces (BRF). The combination of the top offices of the Party, state and military makes the Paramount Leader not only the highest, and most prestigious office, but the most powerful position in all of Baur.

The current Paramount Leader is Rozalin Kellia who assumed to the post in 1564. She is the first female to occupy the office.

The Office and its powers

Article II of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Baur establishes the Office of the Paramount Leader.

The Chairman of the Central Committee of the Baur Republican Party shall serve as Paramount Leader, who shall be the highest official of the State. He shall be charged with the leadership of the Party, the State and Military.
