The National Guard of Kubaniza (Kuban: Національна гвардія Кубаньізи, tr. Natsionalʹna hvardiya Kubanizy) is a branch of the Armed Forces of Kubaniza. Khorobri militias must be registered with the National Guard. The purpose of the National Guard is to coordinate with and organize khorobri militias in times of conflict or emergency. The khorobri is considered a reserve component of the Armed Forces.

There are about 3,270,420 registered khorobri personnel dispersed among hundreds of khorobri militias. There are three designations for khorobri militias: community defense force, regional defense force, and national defense force. All members of the khorobri are registered as reserve personnel for the Armed Forces.
Community defense force
Militias designated as community defense forces are small, locally-based militias which are not expected to operate outside of their community. Their purpose is for local defense and support.
Regional defense force
Militias designated as regional defense forces are considered large enough to operate throughout their region. These militias may be based in only an area of their region, but they are expected to be mobile with the ability to move to where they are required.
National defense force
National defense force-designated militias are considered to be large and sophisticated enough to operate throughout the country. These are the largest and most well-funded militias, often with several hundred or thousands of members.
