History
The Armed Forces's predecessor was the United Khorobri Forces, a coalition of khorobri units founded by Vasily Bukanko with the purpose of fighting against the Union of Socialist Republics. The United Khorobri Forces fought against Union forces in the Winter War, which ended with the Bukanya Accords and Kubanizan independence. After independence, the United Khorobri Forces were responsible for the security of the new state. One of the first protocols of the Khapuz Convention gave the United Khorobri Forces peacekeeping and security authority.
In Dosa 1525, the Khapuz Convention established a federal system of government and Vasily Bukanko was elected to the office of Hetman. Under the Convention, the Hetman was also the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
