The BTR-1100 Flash (Sniatyn: вспышка tr. Vspyshka) is an armored personnel carrier by Kartsev-Venediktov Design Bureau for the People's Army as a part of the Universal Combat Platform program. The APC first entered service is 1569, beginning the replacement of the aging BTR-201.
The People's Armed Forces is currently in talks Drahen regarding acquisition of the Universal Combat Platform.
